Returns & Refunds Policy

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item in a timely manner. Please follow the return process outlined above for returning your original item.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund. This includes items that are discounted or part of a special promotion. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase to avoid any confusion regarding the return policy for specific items.
